Worthwhile Maths

We are learning about repeating patterns.  A repeating pattern is when you repeat a pattern.  An example is here.  This pattern is blue circle, pink square and  green triangle.

Reciprocal Reading

In Reciprocal Reading  we use a card which tells us what order it goes in.  The first one is the leader. The leader needs to keep the group moving. The next one is predictor. The predictor uses information from the page. The Questioner asks Questions to a chosen person in the group. The Clarifier asks if any one has any hard words that  that they don't understand. The summariser collects information from the text and summarises the page. I am working on the summariser because I am finding it hard being it cause you need to identify the important information on the page.

Vocab Activing

We have been learning about vast we needed to make a picture and we used cool text for vast thats how I got the flames.

Arrays

We have been leaning  about arrays for maths. arrays use columns and rows to represent numbers.

The way back home

 We have been learning to retell stories. The whole class made one we made a picture and wrote it down.
